Personal Bio

Aaron is the Co-Founder and Ex Officio Board Member of 1 World. In 2004 Aaron founded KIPP Shine Prep, KIPP’s first early childhood and elementary school. Prior to founding 1 World, Aaron was the Head of Primary Schools for KIPP Houston. Aaron is a former Teach For America Corps Member from the Rio Grande Valley, as well as an Echoing Green, Fisher and Aspen Fellow. Aaron has a Bachelor’s Degree from Rhodes College and a Master’s in Education from Stanford University Graduate School of Education.
