Personal Bio

Lovita Tandy is currently the owner of Tandy Professional Development. She teaches law firms and in-house counsel teams to leverage talent, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. She relies on project management, organizational development, and change management theory to structure individual training programs for these teams. As an undergraduate, she served as the President of Phillips Brooks House, Harvard’s student run-public service organization. Tandy was a litigation partner based in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office from 1997-2010 and again from 2013-2016. Much of Ms. Tandy’s litigation practice focuses on helping mid-size and large companies implement employment and diversity related policies and procedures, investigating discrimination and harassment claims and litigating these claims.
