Kit Ballum Cohen
Kit brings over 20 years of experience in brand development and digital media for socially, culturally, and community-driven organizations, and is honored to have served Echoing Green in this capacity since 2012.
Prior work includes brand identity and promotional design as a senior designer at C&G Partners, in-house nonprofit design direction for marketing and fundraising at Housing Works, and founding and self-producing the online magazine Sheepless by/for/about the radical small business movement in 2008. Kit has also been a farmhand, an activist and speaker for conscious consumption, the steward of a 50-acre forest, and served on the board of a startup nonprofit supporting transgender youth in living their most authentic lives. Kit is proud to be a queer parent, as well as a graduate with honors of the School of Visual Arts.
