Sarah Dobrowolski

Manager, Portfolio


Sarah works with the Individual Fellow Support team to provide tailored resources for Fellows and is responsible for managing systems for IFS processes, organizing workflows, and addressing Fellows' requests.

Sarah graduated summa cum laude with a BBA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and is keen about the development of individuals and teams. She was awarded the three-year Jeannette K. Watson Fellowship for promising students growing into effective and humane leaders. Prior to joining the Echoing Green team, she worked with nonprofits in human resources at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and education outreach at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. Her passion for social enterprise capacity development grew while working abroad with NESsT in Budapest, Hungary. In her free time, Sarah can be found baking for friends and family, copy editing just for kicks, and documenting her dog’s life.
