2024 Social Impact Talent Report

Echoing Green’s Social Impact Talent Report highlights best-in-class social change leaders with bold ideas for solving the world’s most pressing challenges.

Meet the 2024 finalists

Echoing Green received nearly 2,100 applications for the 2024 Fellowship application cycle.

The 84 Finalists bring bold ideas and creative vision. These leaders represent a new wave of the best and brightest social innovators.

From Brazil to Kenya, each Finalist is driving systemic change.

Some innovations transport clean water to families in Ethiopia and Peru. Other ideas create affordable housing for essential workers and improve gender-lens investing. Even more, Finalists are reducing maternal and infant mortality. They’re also making food systems more sustainable by investing in small-scale farmers.

Together, these innovators are working toward a just and equitable world.

While not all Finalists will become Fellows, each Finalist exemplifies transformative leadership. With these leaders at the forefront, we’re one step closer to a future without systemic injustice. Investing in these innovators means believing in a future where everyone can flourish.

What’s next for these innovative movement-builders today?

At Echoing Green, we aim to create a supportive ecosystem where those affected by the issues can lead the solutions. Part of this commitment to proximate leadership includes multiple actors, from funders, other leaders, and communities on the frontlines, to stay the course to elevate and fund leaders like these. The potential of this list's change-makers to turn great ideas into bold actions is limitless. By working together today to support them, we advance equity and sustainability for the long haul.

These 84 leaders are Finalists for Echoing Green’s 2024 Fellowship. Check out their work and how they are drive transformative change around the world!
