Oleshia Kelly is a seasoned administrative professional with over 12 years of success supporting C-Suite executives in diverse organizations like MedStar Health, PRD Land Development Services, Defense Health Management Systems, and more.
Just before joining Echoing Green, Oleshia was integral to the success of MedStar Health, the largest healthcare provider system in the MD and DC area, where she supported the VP & Chief Officer of Supply Chain for a year and a half.
In Oleshia's most recent position, she played a vital supporting role in the decommissioning of the MedStar Elkridge warehouse. In this role, she assisted in the transition of unused and expired materials from the Covid-19 emergency purchasing surge. She provided crucial support during the inventory process, identified underserved organizations and schools to donate unused supplies and materials to, and assisted in the distribution of the new inventory to its new location.
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The Pennsylvania State University, Oleshia excels in advanced document management, complex calendar coordination, domestic and international travel and lodging arrangements, as well as meeting/event coordination.
Oleshia grew up andresides in the Washington, DC area. With roots in both southern Houston, TX and foreign Kingston, Jamaica, she brings a rich cultural tapestry to every aspect of her personal and professional life. Beyond the office, Oleshia finds joy in trying new recipes inspired by TikTok trends, attending local community-building events, exploring new destinations through travel, binge-watching reality TV and diving into captivating reads. Oleshia is also very passionate about attending events that celebrate the black diaspora in our nation's self-proclaimed 'Chocolate City.'
