Renee is a strategic development expert dedicated to building partnerships that fund lasting social change.
As Director of Institutional Giving, Renee leads the strategy and execution of Echoing Green’s foundation and corporate giving portfolios, cultivating critical partnerships to advance the organization's mission. She brings over 16 years of fundraising and communications experience across human services and academic settings, giving her a unique perspective that aligns sustainable financial growth with impactful storytelling. Renee is a strategic relationship builder and advocate who sits at the intersection of meeting long-term organizational milestones and driving economic and racial justice.
Prior to joining Echoing Green, Renee has dedicated her career to improving collective well-being and dismantling barriers to basic essentials like education, housing, and food. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of External Affairs at Swipe Out Hunger, where she led fundraising and communications to eliminate college student food insecurity. Previously, she was the Capital Campaign Manager at U.S.VETS, directing fundraising programs for veteran supportive housing nationwide. Originally from Boston, Renee holds a Master of Public Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Bentley University. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, daughter, and rescue cat, and enjoys coffee, hanging outdoors, and live music.
