“As we embark on the new strategic plan, Louisa is uniquely positioned to help bring our finance, operations, and culture-focused aspirations to life, including increasing organizational sustainability,” McSwain said. “In addition to her expertise, she has an impressive track record of approaching her work in a way that puts people first. We are delighted to have her on the team.”

“After spending a decade of my career building capacity and operational infrastructure within organizations dedicated to expanding social and financial capital opportunities for social innovators and underrepresented founders, I’m excited to join the Echoing Green team,” Caçoilo said. “I’m passionate about building exceptional organizations and empowering the people who drive them, and it was Echoing Green’s people-centered approach that drew me to the organization. I’m looking forward to supporting our growing staff and Fellows and making Echoing Green’s strategic plan a reality.”
Caçoilo serves as Treasurer and Chair of Finance on the board of the Urban Manufacturing Alliance.
