2022 Social Impact
Talent Report

Echoing Green’s Social Impact Talent Report highlights best-in-class social change leaders with bold ideas for solving the world’s most pressing challenges.

Meet the 2022 finalists

We received over 1,400 applications from more than 100 countries for our Fellowship program. The following 46 leaders who have been selected as Echoing Green Fellowship Finalists are reimagining a future where all people can thrive.

The reach of this Finalist cohort is global: they are building sustainable food systems for Black and Brown families impacted by mass incarceration in the U.S, advancing social inclusion for trans persons in India, and driving economic mobility for trauma survivors in Uganda.

While only some of the dedicated entrepreneurs in this Talent Report will go on to join our Fellow community (stay tuned for the announcement in April), collectively, they embody what building power to drive change can look like. To invest in these leaders is to believe in the possibility of a world free from systemic injustice — a just, equitable, and sustainable future for generations to come.

What’s next for these innovative movement-builders today?

As Echoing Green continues to foster an ecosystem where those closest to the problems are supported to lead the solutions, we believe that current rhetoric around recovery and reimagination can and must transform into action. To get there, it is essential to build coalitions among funders, leaders, and communities on the frontlines. The potential among these change-makers knows no bounds; it’s up to us all to collaborate now and for the long haul to advance equity and sustainability.

These 46 leaders are Finalists for the 2022 Echoing Green Fellowship. The 2022 class will be announced in April 2022. Explore this list to check out these leaders and their work to advance racial justice and combat systemic oppression around the world!
