Brooks Rozelle
Director, Strategic Insights and Development Operations
Brooks is a nonprofit strategist with expertise in data analysis, fundraising, and organizational planning.
Prior to joining Echoing Green, he worked as a fundraising consultant at CCS Fundraising, where he partnered with organizations in the human services, healthcare, and higher education sectors to lead strategic planning efforts, development assessments, and capital campaigns.
At the heart of Brooks’ work is a passion for advancing equity and unlocking opportunity for underserved communities. He believes strongly in the value of using data-driven strategies to maximize fundraising potential and program effectiveness.
Brooks holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Hamilton College and lives with his fiancée in Brooklyn. Outside of work, he enjoys running, complaining about running, and following the Red Sox.
