Danica is a philanthropic leader with extensive experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and donor engagement.
She is dedicated to fostering equitable opportunities and driving meaningful change by implementing innovative development strategies and strengthening donor relationships through forward-thinking initiatives that advance organizational missions.
Before joining Echoing Green, Danica partnered with senior leadership to design impactful donor strategies and cultivate a culture of philanthropy among key stakeholders, enhancing long-term support for transformative programs.Danica is passionate about empowering communities and creating pathways for social mobility through education and workforce development. She focuses on building authentic partnerships that align donor goals with high-impact programs, ensuring a shared vision for meaningful change.
She holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Health from Benedictine University and a B.S. in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University. She lives in Westchester, NY, with her husband and children. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city's vibrant restaurant scene, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
