Jessica Robles-Morales

Director, Events

Jessica Robles-Morales leads Echoing Green’s global engagement and convening strategy, strengthening connections among social innovators, funders, and ecosystem partners.

She designs experiences that foster collaboration, deepen relationships and advance learning across the social innovation sector. Jessica believes that convenings are powerful tools for building community, strengthening movements, and creating the conditions for collective action.

Prior to Echoing Green, Jessica led high-impact engagement and fundraising initiatives at Barnard College, including the College's flagship gala raising over $3M annually. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at John Jay College's Women's Center for Gender Justice, where she built cross-sector partnerships, secured grant funding with the New York City Mayor’s Office, and advanced institutional initiatives focused on equity and inclusion. A trained mediator with experience in immigration and asylum law, Jessica is also deeply interested in movement lawyering and serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Peer Defense Project, where she provides governance and strategic oversight to support the organization's growth and sustainability.

Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law, a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Organizational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science from Hofstra University.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, boxing, competing on the Peloton leaderboard, lounging at the beach, and creating memories with her family.
