Kate Duff is an experienced nonprofit executive and VP, Development at Echoing Green, leading fundraising efforts to support access to capital for social innovators.

Specializing in the design, execution, and leadership of strategic fundraising programs, Kate has raised hundreds of millions of philanthropic dollars through annual fund, campaign, planned giving, and endowment programs. At Echoing Green she manages a team responsible for fundraising from individual, foundation, corporate, and government sources. A systems-oriented thinker, she enjoys designing and implementing operational tools and systems for tracking, reporting, and managing data. She takes a thoughtful approach to donor engagement, leveraging her own enthusiasm for social innovation to encourage others to support access to capital for the Fellows. Together with the team, she strives to raise as much funding as possible to support social innovation everywhere.

Kate previously served as the COO of the International Center of Photography, overseeing fundraising, education programs, visitor experience, and administration for the world’s leading photography museum and school. She began her professional life as an attorney. Kate holds an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, cum laude, a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and Diploma in Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Academy. A native of Queens, NYC, Kate serves on the board of her high school, Convent of the Sacred Heart.
