Susannah leads Echoing Green’s Programs team operations. She guides the team disbursing capital and growing capacity for hundreds of global innovators.

Susannah brings nearly two decades of experience in global social impact and program leadership. Her socially focused career includes designing and managing 20+ multi-year, multimillion-dollar programs. Her experience spans from supporting Rwandan artisans' economic mobility and independence by connecting village leaders to Indego Africa to leveraging human-centered design to lead local ThinkImpact Scholars to develop successful social enterprises. While in Liberia, she mapped the social enterprise and impact investing landscape then went on to Washington, DC to manage a public-private partnership for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office for International and Philanthropic Innovation and counterparts in Brazil. Additionally, she supported first generation rising college students through alumni and volunteer programs for College Summit. Prior to joining Echoing Green, Susannah served as the Director of Membership and Programs for the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) at the Aspen Institute, building a network of organizations supporting small and growing business entrepreneurs globally.

Susannah earned a BA from the University of Virginia, and an MBA focused on Global Development and Social Entrepreneurship from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She now lives in Arlington, VA with her family and can be found biking, hiking or planning the next travel adventure.
