Y’aneris leads Echoing Green's creative and digital strategy, using storytelling, design, and audience insights to elevate the organization's mission and the leaders driving social change
As Manager, Creative and Digital, she oversees the organization's visual brand, creative direction, and digital presence, developing compelling content and experiences that engage funders, partners, Fellows, and broader audiences. Her work combines strategic communications, creative leadership, and data-informed digital strategy to amplify the stories of social innovators and advance equity and systemic change.
Y’aneris brings more than six years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Echoing Green, she supported labor organizing efforts at the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), where she helped craft narratives that elevated workers' rights and mobilized communities. Her background also includes work in mental health advocacy, disability justice, and political organizing, experiences that continue to shape her approach to mission-driven storytelling.
She holds a BA in Communications and Sociology from the University of South Florida.
Outside of work, Y’aneris is a dog mom, frequent concert-goer, museum lover, and avid explorer of local restaurants.
